Feeders

Adwik Intellimech Pvt Ltd offers Feeders. The system is designed to incorporate bulk material delivery in FIBC/IBC or 25Kg sacks. These delivery methods are catered for using either sack tip stations or bulk powder discharge stations. In both cases the materials are discharged from their respective station into the surge hopper situated beneath. The feeders are of either vibratory or screw type dependant upon material flow characteristics and are fitted with variable speed drives and feed cut-off devices to enhance throughput and accuracy. The material resides in this location until it is required in the recipe. When the recipe calls for a particular material, it is dispensed into the receptacle situated on the weigh carriage until the correct weight is achieved.
