EOT Cranes

Mangla Hoists offers the INDEF range of EOT Cranes manufactured from best quality material available. The crane is designed and manufactured in accordance to IS 3177/IS 807. Design of the crane structure as well as components/parts conforms to Class-II duty of the above codes. The bridge is as per IS 807/IS 3177/IS 800. These are standard I-beams of MS rolled steel sections/plate box girders (wherever required) bolted to end carriages, which are box type in construction and fabricated from rolled sections/plate box (wherever required). Two LT wheels, straight tread type, EN8/EN9 forged steel, double flanged LT wheels are provided in each of the two end carriages. These wheels are supported on steel axles (either fixed axle design or rotary axle design). For underslung cranes SGI tapered type single flanged wheels are provided. The pinion/axle is made from EN 9/16 MNCr5, heat treated carbon alloy steel, LT wheel gears are as per IS 4460, made from EN8/EN9 and are supported on ball bearings and secured in well designed bearing housings. Wheel bearings: heavy-duty sealed ball bearings are used thus regular lubrication is eliminated. Two ball bearings are provided in each wheel for smooth running. The hook is as per IS 15560, made from forged steel – C20, C30 or equivalent. It is collar or shank type in construction with spring loaded safety latch. The brakes are heavy-duty AC electromagnetic disc type, DC brakes can also be provided on request. The control panel is mounted on the hoist, sheet metal clad in totally enclosed construction with IP-55 protection. It consists of control transformer, isolator, master contactor for mains On/Off, MPCB/MCB, contactors and overload relays for all motors. The pendant consists of push buttons housed in dust proof housing and suspended from hoist movable on independent monorail. Steel wire rope is provided to prevent pull on pendant cables. Safety: electrical interlocking is provided to avoid accidental simultaneous motions of crane due to activation of multiple push buttons at the same time.
