EOT Cranes

Grip Engineers Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company, manufactures a range of EOT Cranes. Grip cranes are individually designed to suit customers’ specifications. All the relevant details are studied exhaustively before designing the cranes. Proper stress analysis are made for optimum design ensuring minimum crane structural weight, wheel loads headroom and clearances thus reducing the building cost. Most modern computer aided designing (CAD) ensures availability of design information faster. Grip cranes, designed as per IS: 807, 3938, 3177, 4137, IPSS, are available up to 200 T capacity. Crane design based on international standards like DIN and FEM is also available on request. Crane bridge girders are of plate box type/standard rolled steel joist/compound beams/castellated/lattice construction. All the main butt-weld joints of the web are strong and rigid structure, thus 100% reliability of welded joints is ensured. The material of construction conforms to IS: 2062.

The gearbox comprises totally enclosed oil immersed reduction gears of rugged wide faced helical and spur gears, precision machine cut from special alloy steel forging through hobbing machine. Gears and pinions are supported on antifriction ball/roller bearing to protect gear train from shock loads.
