Eot Crane, Single Girder Type

Safex Equipments is a pioneer manufacturer, supplier and exporter of various material handling equipment. Safex Single Girder EOT Cranes are designed and manufactured in accordance with IS: 3177 and IS: 4137, considering adequate factor of safety with respect to appropriate duty. The structural parts of the cranes are designed in accordance with IS: 807. The company also manufactures cranes as per international standards, with standard components and controls to ensure reliability. Standard features: high quality structural assembly ensures acquiescence with ISO 4301; minimum maintenance and emergency interlude; easily adjustable limit-switches; load tested to 125%; and certified by the company from tests undertaken at its own workshop. Range of specifications: safe working load – 500 kg to 20,000 kg; span – 3 mtr to 30 mtr; height of lift – as per customers’ specifications; class of duty/standards – equivalent to M3, M5, M7, M8 as per IS 3177/IS 807; speeds – selected depending o n client specifications/applications/shed dimensions; crane control – from floor through pendant push buttons, optionally through radio remote control/cabin with master control; drive system – twin drive through squirrel cage induction geared motors with built-in fail safe brakes; motors – squirrel cage induction hoisting motors with built-in fail safe brakes for hoisting, cross travel as well as long travel; insulation class for all motors B/F; brakes – built-in brakes for hoisting, cross travel and long travel motions; and power supply system – to hoist and cross travel through trailing cables/drag chain to crane through shrouded bus bars/trailing cable/MS angle iron conductors/bare copper conductors (depending on customers’ choice and application).
