Electric Stacker Full Free Lift & Triple Lift Mast

Jay Equipment & Systems offers full free lift and full free triple lift mast Electric Stackers, Models ES-15 FFL/ES-15 FFTL. These are very useful where ceiling height is low, like working inside a container or passing under door openings of low height.

The mast construction could be free lift or full free triple lift mast depending upon overall operating conditions. The capacity and manoeuvrability remains unchanged.

Free Lift Mast
The lift is in three stages, the centre mounted primary cylinder achieves the first stage, at the end of this stage, the overall shut height remains unchanged, the second and third stage of lift is achieved by two side mounted secondary cylinders.

The FFL and FFTL versions are suitable for almost all applications.

Drive Unit

• ES-12: The 1.2 kW heavy-duty drive unit assembly is spring suspended.
• ES-15: The 2 kW heavy-duty drive unit assembly is suspended with shock absorbers.
• The drive unit assembly is supported with swivel castors and tandem wheel.
• The wheel configuration ensures a positive traction, thereby maintaining a firm road grip and enhanced stability.
• The drive unit design offers easy and quick wheel replacement.

MOSFET Electric Motor Speed Controller
The drive motor is controlled by an advanced electronic microprocessor based ‘MOSFET’ speed controller. This ensures smooth controls of variation in speed and acceleration.

Brake
The electromagnetic wheel brake is activated when the handle arm is in top and bottom position. The gas spring loaded handle automatically goes to top position and the wheel brake acts as a parking brake. The motor implies a smooth slow down of the stacker when the throttle switch is in neutral position.

Hydraulic System
The 24 V, 2.2 kW power pack unit with built in pressure relief valve.

Battery Indicator/Hour Meter
The battery indicator indicates the battery charged condition. In case of low battery red LED blinks and it locks lifting and lowering function. This is to protect over draining of battery.
