Dumper, high level

Robotic Equipments manufactures Porter brand high-level dumper. This provides completely controlled dumping of bulk contents into high vats, bins, hoppers, mills, etc, with the right quantity, at the right place and time. Drum or any other container received at the ground level is electro-hydraulically lifted and automatically tilted at the required level. The drum carriage is lifted and tilted by a hydraulic ram, actuated by a rotary vane pump, which is driven by an AC electric motor. A single, instantaneous action, 3-position, Lift-Hol-Lower lever controls the movement of the drum carriage. The standard unit is designed to handle a 205 litre steel drum. However, the unit can be made to adopt other sizes or can be provided with an integral container.
