DIE LOADING EQUIPMENT

Usha Hydraulics has introduced a compact and manoeuvrable scissors type lifting platform. Theequipment uses double scissors to achieve a maximum height of 1050 mm and is powered by hydraulic cylinder operated by a very conveniently placed hand pump. The load release is also by a hand lever. The rear two wheels are swivel type. A rigid handle fixed at a convenient height allows easy manoeuvrability both in the push and pull applications. The platform can be adjusted to any height within the operating range of 350 mm to 1050 mm for loading and unloading applications. This equipment facilitates the operation of loading heavy dies into the machines and at the same time improves upon the safety factor. The other common use of this platform is for transporting workloads from one machine to the other or to and from the inspection tables. Depending on the stack height, the working height can be adjusted to suit the assembly operator/inspector.
