Dense Phase Transporters

Aircon designs offers Dense Phase Transporter. These are useful in bulk solids transportation. This equipment is the heart of dense phase pneumatic conveying system. A wide variety of powders, granular material can be transported using this transporter.. The system is designed as per IS 2825 standards. It incorporates torispherical dish, bottom cone and an intermediate cylinder. Fitted with air piping, valves and instrumentation. The air knife is an integral part of this transsporter that consists of solenoid valve and timer, to inject air at regular intervals in to the conveying piping, to separate the material by air pockets. This enables smooth transfer of material, thus preventing any choking of material inside conveying piping. Standard DPT consists of following valves and instrumentation: material inlet valve- pneumatic solenoid operated butterfly valve; material outlet valve - pneumatic solenoid operated butterfly valve; vent valve - pneumatic solenoid operated butterfly valve; air inlet valve - solenoid valve; high level sensor - capacitance/paddle type; low level sensor - capacitance/paddle type (option); aeration arrangement: for sticky, non-free flowing materials - (option); pressure gauge - dial type Bourden; pressure switch -transducer/diaphragm type; safety relief valve - spring loaded type; scavenging valve - to completely clean the piping.
