Shri Bhagwati Machines has long experience of 50 years in manufacturing Cranes and Hoists up to 100-tonne capacity, in various types, such as EOT cranes, gantry cranes and electric wire rope hoists, etc., for indoor or outdoor duty. These are specially designed as per customers’ requirements in order to give them an edge over competitors. The manufacturing programme includes single and double girder cranes to suit need of stone processing industry, steel mills, engineering and cement plants with required span and gantry crane of overhang and with out overhang type up to 37 mtr span. Performance and quality is comparable to any reputed European supplier. The company’s design and development department is fully equipped with latest software including FEM testing. Special features of these cranes include: silent running; dual speed low/high; fitted with gearboxes and motors especially designed for crane duty; low power consumption; and soft starter to avoid jerks at start/stop giving longer life to helical gearboxes/motors. Specially designed cross limit switches are provided to reduce speed before stopping and to start at low speed before gaining full running speed.
