Minitech Engineering offers a range of Cranes and Hoists for complete lifting needs. The company, with vast experience of over 25 years in crane making rooted with yesteryears ace in the field M/s Mantons (Bangalore) is now fully geared up with full fledged manufacturing facility for making quality cranes and hoists for all applications. Minitech cranes are available in capacities ranging from 1 tonne to 50 tonnes from 3 mtr span to 30 mtr span with I-beam or construction/box girder construction depending upon span and other application factors and with conventional LT wheel mounting/L type wheel mounting depending upon appropriate application. The wire rope hoists are available in capacities ranging from 250 kg to 20,000 kg with height of lift standardised at 6 mtr; height of over 6 mtr are made against specific requirements. All the equipments are designed taking into consideration Indian ambient conditions and are suitable to work in any industrial application depending upon the working hours. They are generally divided into 4 classes: Class 1 – light duty, Class 2 – medium duty, Class 3 – heavy-duty, and Class 4 – very heavy-duty. The cranes and hoists are designed as per IS 3177. The range of products Minitech manufactures per IS standards and also DIN standards are as below: EOT and HOT cranes range from 500 to 50,000 kg capacity, wire rope hoists from 250 to 20,000 kg; mono rail trolleys from 500 to 20,000 kg; jib – cranes, semi-EOT cranes, gantry cranes, goliath cranes, under slung cranes, goods lifts from 500 to 5000 kg, transfer trolley to move heavy loads, only end carriages and crabs for crane, and crane accessories.
