Techno Industries offers Chain Pulley Blocks, Grade 80. Features: rigid frame built from steel plates; load chain wheels are of SG iron/malleable casting with accurate chain sprockets for smooth running; steel forged hooks are confirming to IS-8610 and fitted in upper arm bottom block made out of heavy duty SG iron/malleable casting; gears are made from nickel-chrome, alloy steel, case hardened, gears are accurately machined and teeth generated on hobbing machine to corrected involute for high bending stress and low wear; load wheel is mounted on two ball bearings for smooth operation; manufactured from graded casting as per IS-210; screw and friction type self actuating load pressure brake ensures safety at all positions; Grade 80, IS-6216 alloy steel chains uniformly electrically welded from alloy steel duty heat treated for ductility, toughness and wear resistance; and accurately calibrated for smooth running in wheels.
