Features: frame – rigid frame built of steel plates, load wheel – mounted on ball bearing and made of high grade casting, gears – all gears are of alloy steel, accurately hob cut and case hardened, load chain – tested and calibrated MS load chain has been used conforming to IS 2429/part II/70, brake – self actuating load pressure brake ensuring full safety, it automatically applies on any load position; hooks – made from forged steel, conforming to IS 8610 rotate and move freely; and guarantee – for the repairs and/or replacement ex-factory Ahmedabad of any parts which prove defective in material or workmanship within one year of sale. Combined chain pulley block with reduced head room can be supplied duly fixed with mono-rail traveling trolley at an extra cost. Short head room chain pulley block up to 10 tonne capacity can be supplied in extremely low head room version combined with mono-rail trolley at an extra cost.
