Chain pulley blocks

Techno Industries manufactures chain pulley blocks featuring heavy-duty electro-magnetic disc type failsafe 3-phase AC brakes. The body of the pulley is made of steel plates without any welding joints. The load chain wheel made out of malleable/SG iron casting is provided with accurate chain sprockets for smooth running. Gears are made out of nickel?chrome casehardened alloy steel that is duly heat-treated for minimum wear. All gears are mounted on ball bearings for smoother operation and low wear. Steel forged hooks conforming to IS 8610 are fitted in upper and lower blocks. The pulley block is incorporated with totally enclosed squirrel cage induction motor as per IS 325 with B/F class insulation. The motor is suitable for 400/440 Volts, 3-phase, 50-cycle AC supply. The control panel housed in sheet metal box has pendent type push button station with suspension wire rope and cable. Driving unit of the pulley comprises heavy-duty roller chain drive with pinion and main sprocket wheel gears.
