Chain Pulley Block, Spur Gear

These are offered in 10 capacities in the range from 0.5 tonne to 25 tonnes. Spur gear type chain pulley block is lighter, compact and stronger. It is made with high quality materials, is lightweight and compact in size with advantages like convenient portability, easy installation and simple relocation. It is suitable for use in factories, mines, farms, construction sites, etc. The frame is rigidly built of steel plates, welded construction with high factor of safety. Chains (alloy steel load chain Gr 80 as per IS-6216) are electrically butt-wielded, accurately calibrated and duly heat-treated for ductility, toughness and wear resistance. Hand chains are electrically butt-wielded, accurately calibrated which easily fit in the sprockets for hand chain wheel, made out of graded casting as per IS-210. The hook are forged as per IS-8610 and fitted in upper-arm and bottom-block made of heavy-duty malleable casting/SG iron. For smooth running of the chain pulley block two ball bearings are provided. Load chain wheels are made of malleable/SG iron casting with accurate chain sprockets for smooth running of chain. Gears are made of nickel-chrome alloy steel. Brake is of automatic screw and disc type where by the pressure and sustaining power increase in proportion to load being lifted.
