MBM Associates offers Bulk Material Handling Equipment. For horizontal and vertical transfer of bulk material, equipment like screw conveyor, belt conveyors, vibrating trough conveyors, bucket elevators, skip hoist, etc., are employed to efficiently convey bulk material for industrial in line processing in chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, cement and allied products manufacturing plants. These equipments are specifically designed to suit system parameters. Generally the range of equipments is of capacity to handle materials up to 100 tonnes/hour (25 cu.mtr/hr, specific gravity 2.5) of bulk material. The material of construction of equipments is on the basis of chemical and physical properties of bulk material and prevailing surrounding of installations. The operational control of equipment is generally electrical which is either manual or electronically programmed to suit specific industrial process requirements. In modern industrial plants the transfer of material is accomplished by combining systems comprising mechanical equipments and system of pneumatic conveying.
