Metalfab Inc. is a manufacturer of dry solids processing equipment. The company offers 4/C brochure on their line of bulk bag unloaders for on-demand discharge of a wide variety of powders and other difficult to handle materials. The brochure provides a detailed overview on design, construction, and operation of Metalfab vibratory bulk bag unloaders along with information on three (3) available models including a basic support stand and bag rack unit, fork lift unit with four (4) adjustable position posts to hold the product bag straps, and hoist rack unit with integrated motor and four (4) stationary posts to handle the product bag straps. All models are designed to accommodate lined, reusable, and disposable (one way) bags weighing up to 3300 lbs, and empty bags into storage vessels, feeders or conveyors in a dust-free environment with no spillage. Special units are available for smaller, larger or heavier bags along with non-vibrated models for free-flowing products.
