Bulk Bag Unloader with Batch Weigh Design

Vibra Screw Inc, offers a batch weigh for weight control of the unloading process on their bulk bag unloaders. Designed to provide a safe, dust-free, and convenient way to handle and discharge bags, bulk bag unloaders with this optional design have rugged load cells and easy to use electronics that allow users to control inventory, monitor bag contents and accurately batch weigh preset quantities of material. Complete systems with integrated feeders and conveyors are also available to control rate and elevate material to a process. These bulk bag unloaders offer unique features such as a bag support hopper to safely seat and seal the bag, standard two point dust collection, no spill collection hopper and vibration discharge system for difficult to handle materials.
