- The offered belt caterpillars are peculiarly designed for constant pulling of cable without creating any strain on cable.
- Due to the independent gripping roller system, the irregularities of the cable can be adjusted; the compressed air cylinder applies pressure from both sides.
- There is a roller assembly on the belt to grip the cable. Further gripping pressure can be adjusted by means of an air regulator; the belt tension is pneumatically controlled and line speed and torque can be adjusted by a three speed gear box.
- Wire size copper – 1.50mm to 4.00mm dia; aluminum – 2.00 mm to 5.00 mm dia; Al alloy – 1.50mm to 4.00mm dia; configuration – 1+6+12+18+24+30; bobbin size – 400/500/630 DIN; cage speed – 300/250/200/150/100 rpm.
- Construction – steel fabricated rotor design supported on bearing at both ends; bobbin holding is pintle type.
