Noble Steel Products, a brand owned by VKG Steel & Energy Pvt Ltd, established in the year 2005, is the first and only one in Tamil Nadu. Not only the first integrated but also largest in Tamil Nadu, which produces right from iron ore to heavy duty structural products. The company, located in Melapakkam Village, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kanchipuram District in the state of Tamil Nadu, is engaged in manufacturing of international standard heavy size structural of Beams and Channels with annual capacity of 1, 80,000 MT, which initially envisaged of the following sections conforming to IS 2062 specifications. Apart from the main steel division, VKG Steel & Energy has a coal based 8 MW captive power plant. Future products: as a part of expansion VKG has planned to add the following high quality products in a short span of time: TMT bars, round, squares, angles and seamless pipes.
