Textile Machinery Manufacturing Co (TMMC MHE Division) has introduced a versatile Battery Operated Tow Truck, Model PT-C, with rubber bumper at front and rear. The chassis is of robust construction made out of pressed/rolled steel channel and plate with a strong rubber bumper at front and rear. The Truckman battery operated tow trucks are available in different models and ideal for transporting non-standard, non-palletised loads. The truck is light, quite, compact, safe, easy to handle and needs minimum maintenance. The company offers four wheeler battery operated platform trucks, tow trucks and tuggers.
- Drive motor – a unique differential arrangement gives drive to rear wheel through double reduction with strong roller chain and sprocket attached with drive motor.
- Electronic control – for smooth acceleration and power saving an electronic transistor/Mosfet chopper control is provided.
- There is no energy loss like traditional resistance control and increase battery working hours.
- Moreover it prevents electrical and mechanical components from damages.
- Electrical system – all controls like forward-reverse, horn, light, emergency cut off and key switch are provided below steering handle on dash board and hydraulic brake is also provided.
