Auto Loading Device

The auto loading device is designed and developed by Automation And Control (Pune), as an “auto loading arrangement” of tappets for lapping machine. The tappets are loaded in one chute from where they are singled out, picked up one by one with the help of pneumatic gripper and loaded to the lapping machine. At the same time, the tappet, which is ready after lapping operation, is picked up simultaneously by another gripper and then unloaded to the outlet chute. The cycle time is less than 4 seconds. There is facility to lift the entire arrangement during setting of the machine. The company can undertake similar jobs with “Pick & Place” requirements for similar applications.
