Aseptic Ss Castors

Pharmalab Process Equipments has developed Aseptic SS Castors for use in pharmaceutical, food and beverages industries. Ordinary castors have MS or MS chrome-plated brackets which are not good enough for pharmaceutical sterile applications. Pharmalab's castors have brackets of pressed SS sheets with mirror type finish in 3"and 4"sizes. These castors have thrust bearings of SS balls in two rows pressed by king-pin between meticulously formed recesses of pressed sheets. Nitrile ring is provided at the periphery of bearing to prevent dust deposition. The swivel type castors rotate full 360?, while top plate remains fixed providing full flexibility. The load carrying capacities covered range from 100 to 200 kg depending on the wheel size.
