Observation (capsule) elevators use most advanced technology in elevator erection. Technically these elevators use the same concept as commercial elevator do. But as per different looks these elevator require most efficient and accurate designing and erection methodology, in these installations the lift shaft is not only single side open but is open from different sides as per requirements for the cabin designs. Cabin for the observation (capsule) elevator can be of capsule shape or square or might be any shape as per shaft design.

- Emergency Light - Car get lightened in case of power failure.
- Down Collective Control - This feature help in sending request to the control panel so that the car can reach passenger as early as possible, reduce waiting time.
- Automatic / Manual doors
- Light Curtain - This item let the doors open automatically when any passenger comes between the doors which save them from the door hit.
- Minimum Space & Overhead Requirements, proper utilization of elevator shaft save space for other building usage.
