Precision Surface Inspection & Tooling Equipment

JASH offers Precision Surface Inspection and Tooling Equipment (PSE). This includes: surface plates, lapping plates, angle plates, straight edge box angle plates, swivel angle plates, tilting tables, bench centres and box parallels. The company also offer tooling blocks (tombstones) and pallet sub tables used on machining centres, boring machines, etc. Its range of products also includes cast iron T-slotted bed plates also known as floor plates, assembly plates, base plates etc, used for clamping, assembly, testing, fabrication, etc. These products are offered in standard sizes as well as special sizes upon request in different accuracy grades according to national and international standards, which makes the product best suited for intended use. The complete manufacturing from designing, pattern making, pouring of metal, machining, stress relieving, hand scraping and inspection are done in house. Jash products conform to latest DIN, BS and IS specifications with more than five decades of experience in this field. The company also manufactures fully indigenously designed and developed 3D CMMs since 1991 and has supplied a number of machines in the export market. It offers 3-D CMMs in two types, viz., a) Sigma series, travelling bridge type machines moving on precision aerostatics bearings; and b) Adroit/Swift series horizontal arm cantilever type machines moving on precision ball bearings. These machines are made in two versions: Manual Version, axes of the machine driven manually, and CNC Version with DC servo drives. This version can be part automated using manually indexable probe head or fully automated for inspection by using motorised indexable probe head.
