Zero Height Scissor Lift Tables

AIPL manufactures zero height scissor lift tables in load capacities up to 10,000 kg, and raised height up to 1,500 mm. The scissor lift table can be lowered to ground level for easy loading of wheeled cart or pallet truck. Zero low lift eliminates the need to lift loads by 200-300 mm to load other tables. Variable work levels enable greater productivit . Parts can be raised to the work levels for more efficient work motion. Platform can be lowered as loading progresses to minimise bending and speed up production and handling. Wheel-mounted option is available for added flexibility and mobility. Various power options are available. Power sources available include 220/440 V, 3-phase battery or air-powered for hazardous operations. Tables are designed for smooth, easy and safe operation. Dual scissors, aided by a torsion bar, are synchronized for level, and uniform lift. Each cylinder is hydraulically activated. Pressure relief valve prevents overloading. Self-propelled models offer maximum handling efficiency.
