Wire Rope Hoists

Techno Industries offers Tacklers range of Wire Rope Hoists in various capacities ranging from 0.25 tonnes to 40 tonnes. These are designed with modular construction in accordance with IS-3938. Adequate safety factors are kept in mind while making the hoists robust. These hoists have machined steel frame, while the rope drum is made from seamless pipes/steel plate grooved to take full lift without over-winding. The drum shaft has ball bearings to ensure smooth running with gears, which are fitted on anti-friction ball bearings in the oil bath lubrication. The motors conform to norms as per IS-325, while the wire ropes are designed as per IS-2266 specifications. The forged hooks abide by IS-3815 or equivalent. The rope guides are attached to prolong the rope life. The company also makes flame-proof wire rope hoists conforming to IS-2148, especially suitable for hazardous conditions and available for Gas Groups I, II A, II B and II C.
