Wire Rope Electric Hoists

AARCO Heavy Duty Wire Rope Electric Hoists are manufactured in accordance with IS:3938 and also as per IPSS/RSN specifications. They are available from 0.5 to 20 tonne capacities in fixed mounting, geared travelling trolley type and electric motor driven trolley types, suitable both for indoor and outdoor duties. Lightweight modular construction of the electric hoist facilitates quick repairs. Hob cut gears are housed in oil bath casing. AC/DC electromagnetic brakes are provided. 40% CDF crane duty motors with high pull out torque are used. The rope drum is machine grooved. The hoists are manufactured for Class I to Class IV duties. AARCO also offers twin hoist arrangement for exceptional height of lift. Hoists are also supplied with micro-speed arrangement to reduce the main hoisting speed by one tenth/ one fifth/one fourth. AARCO hoists are approved by all steel plants for their modernisation projects and by consultants. These hoists are in use in all Railways, Electricity Boards and in all types of industrial units. Special hoists can be manufactured to suit specific applications of the customers.
