Wire rope electric hoist

Rockwell Hoist Pvt Ltd manufactures wire rope electric hoist suitable for medium and heavy-duty applications. This electric wire rope hoist is designed as per ISS: 3938-1983. The unique modular construction makes each sub-assembly of the hoist easily accessible and thus reducing time and cost involved in the maintenance. The frame is rugged in construction. Rope drum is fabricated out of mild steel/seamless tube and is machined and grooved in accordance with ISS: 3938 to accommodate full length of wire rope in one layer. Gearbox is totally enclosed and immersed in oil bath. The gears are machined out of EN-9/EN-24 steel and teethed on precision hobbing machines. Snap action limit switch is provided to prevent over hoisting. Totally enclosed panel with components of standard makes such as Siemens/BCH/L&T provides control at low voltage for safety of the operator. The push button pendent station supported with steel link chain/wire rope, operating at 110 Volts, ensures control. Motors of capacity 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 PH AC; hook confirming to ISS: 8610 and free to rotate/swivel; fail-to-safe electromagnetic auto-manual disc/shoe brakes and wire rope of 6 x 37 construction are the other features of the hoist.
