Rope Balancer

Hercules Hoists offers Rope Balancer, which is a pneumatically powered hoist unit. Thanks to the low manual force required for the horizontal movement, these units are the optimum solution for careful load balancing and positioning. In particular complicated positioning and assembly tasks can be performed easily and safely with this unit. Rope balancers make it possible to reposition loads quickly in short cycles.

There are two different basic units:

• D-BP 55: Load capacity 50 kg (at 6 bar)
• D-BP 110 : Load capacity 100 kg (at 6 bar)
