Normally the magnetic lifters available in the market cannot work beyond 80°C temperature due to the demagnetisation of the permanent magnets inside. But the new Elift Hot, is designed so that the magnets can be used to lift jobs up to 180°C hot. There is a very large application for such magnets in the forging industry to lift and move dies and mould. Earlier the moulds and dies had to be left to cool before they could be handled with a magnet or with conventional methods due to the hot temperature.
