Macro Tech Equipment is engaged in manufacturing of material handling equipments, e.g., battery operated fork lift truck, pallet stacker, power pallet truck, hand pallet truck, platform truck, towing truck, etc. Promoted by a group of young and technically sound entrepreneurs, the company has more than a decade of experience in manufacturing the equipment. It also deals in imported battery and diesel forklift trucks, pallet trucks, stackers, etc., of renowned makes. The company offers a Pedestrian Electric Stacker Truck. Features: the complete drive unit is mounted on a true union and is supported by heavy-duty ball and roller bearings; the entire unit is rotated by a control handle for steering the truck; the control handle, through a cam and link arrangement, actuates a pair of brake shoes, which operate on brake drum, directly mounted on the traction motor shaft; the brakes are on when the control handle is either in vertical or horizontal position; the control handle is spring loaded and remains in the vertical position when released; two stage traction speed control by finger controlled push buttons which operate 24 V heavy-duty contactors; control lever operates the hydraulic motor through micro-switch; electronics supplied as optional control for traction at additional price; capacity – 1000 kg (uniformly distributed); body – steel fabrication; battery – 24 V traction battery, 219 AH at 5 hour rate of discharge; and lifting/lowering – the motor is energised by a micro-switch through a connector, actuated by the control valve lever, thus ensuring running of the motor only while lifting. Lowering is done by the same lever, pushed in the opposite side and the forks come down of their own weight. The company represents OM Carrelli Elevatori S.p.A., Italy (OM Pimespo), now in the Kion group, along with Linde & Still for marketing and after sales service of their entire material handling equipment throughout India.
