Overhead Cranes

Cranoist Material Handling Equipments designs and manufactures Overhead Cranes. All structural parts of cranes are subject to sand blasting treatment, single coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paints. Epoxy paint and PU paints are available on request. Single girder overhead cranes are available in: capacity - up to 15000 kg; span up to - 30 mtr; long travel speed - up to 30 mtr/min; cross travel speed - up to 15 mtr/min, suitable for short headroom. Smaller capacity cranes are available with shorter span, frequency used for loading and unloading works. Simple construction reduces the moderate cost. Under slung/suspension type single girder overhead cranes are available in: capacity - up to 20 tonnes; span - up to 20 mtr; long travel speed - up to 20 mtr/min; and cross travel speed - up to 15 mtr/min. These are used when ceiling height is relatively short, run under I-beam, which is fixed under the ceiling, and normally used on shop floor area without any obstruction - a cost effective and best solution for longer span.
