Multi-discharge bucket elevator/ lowerator

Vega Conveyors & Automation offers Bucket elevators. It is used for elevating materials to desired heights. The material can be transferred to a Discharge hopper or a Form-fill and Seal machine. This machine is known for its capability of transporting a variety of bulk materials in dry and moist conditions gently, in a smooth and continuous mode. It is capable of meeting high speeds of deliverance to match with the volumes of production levels that are required. The gentle handling of the product coupled with the ability to discharge its contents in multiple locations makes it an ideal product for conveying delicate foodstuffs and other materials. This "Z" or "S" shaped elevator is engineered to international standards. The design makes it versatile to elevate and deliver the product to multiple locations from a single source of supply through its variety of discharge locations. This is achieved when the machine is customised based on the parameters like the elevation height, distance between discharges and the volumes required at the output. Design features: keeps spillage of material to the minimum; light weight but robust and modular in construction, with transparent cover heads that facilitates a real time view of the system in operation; and arrangement of maximum number of buckets, which gives a maximum outflow of product as desired. An economical solution for cereals, chocolates, coffee, detergents, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, powders, soaps, seeds, vegetables and other dry and semi dry products. The machine can be engineered and customized as per the customer"s specifications.
