Hydraulic Lifting Unit

Expert Equipments Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of hydraulic lifting equipment since 1980, has launched a Hydraulic Lifting Unit, the Levitator. The Levitator eliminates the need to: construct a load bearing RCC duct for the entire path of the car; a machine-room to accommodate the machine and its accessories; and pit to mount the mechanical components as per statutory requirements. The compact hydraulic machine unit can be stashed away at any convenient location without sacrificing any of the existing utility space. The equipment itself needs only an area about 450 mm on any one side of the car. Operated by a highly-efficient hydraulic system, the power consumption is less than 20 per cent of that of any conventional system of mechanically-driven traction lift. Its precision controls and levelling scope for any type of building is in stark contrast with the uneven levelling found in the traction lift – up to ±75 mm in low-rise buildings. As compared to traction lift, the Levitator is almost maintenance free – having very few mechanical components with far less downtime. It can be easily assembled at site without disturbing the existing civil and interior structures.
