The structure of the lift is fabricated from steel channels and hosting/lowering operations are performed by Hiking hoist. These are available in capacity: 500 kg to 10,000 kg. The company has manufactures material handling systems as per clients’ requirements. The range includes: EOT cranes, semi-EOT cranes, HOT cranes, wire rope electric hoists, chain type electric hoists, chain pulley blocks, pillar and wall mounted jib cranes (electrically as well as manually operated), goliath cranes (EOT/semi-EOT as well as manually operated) cage hoists, floor operated garage cranes, overhead travelling trolleys, floor operated gantry cranes, etc. Hiking cranes are designed and manufactured in accordance with IS 3177: 1977. These are ideal for wide ranging application in industries and are most reliable, robust and yet economical. Main girders in the room of box structure are manufacture from IS: 226 tested plates adequately stiffened with diaphragm to take care of bending and torsional loading with adequate factor of safety. The product range includes single girder cranes, double girder cranes, mono box cranes goliath cranes and HOT cranes to suit customers’ specific requirement to handle material most efficiently.
