The electro-hydraulic pump that is conveniently placed on the front left post gives remarkable strength. It can lift a car six feet high at an incredible speed of only 45 seconds. These elements make the four-post hoist ideal for wheel alignment, wheel changing, under chassis inspection, transmission system inspection. Reaching new heights of safety: the double safety system with eccentric brakes and pneumatic-controlled ratchets ensure complete safety during operations. So, in the unlikely event of a cable fracture, four friction brakes are activated to freeze the descent of the lift instantly. These four brakes, together with the pawl and ratchet rail in each post, lock the lift together as a complete rigid structure at any chosen working height. Wheel alignment made easy: the wide platforms come with a recess that can accommodate a turn table. The adjustable ratchet rails ensure that the platforms are completely horizontal when parked. This critical requirement enables accurate wheel alignment. Further, a provision for rear slip plates can be provided in the lift as an optional feature. Quick and steady raising mechanism: this is ensured by the high-speed jacking beam, an indispensable auxiliary equipment. The adjustment range on the telescopic arms provides accuracy and makes the process safe. Easy adjustability: the right-hand platform, mounted on a roller unit, is adjustable. Ratched rails in each column are adjustable within a range of maximum 15 mm. This makes platforms completely horizontal when parked. The front wheel stop is easy to remove. This results in greater accessibility when working on the front wheels. Space saving parking: when the lift is raised, it allows extra parking space, enabling maximum space usage in small service centres and garages.
