Floor Cranes

TMMC offers Floor Cranes, TF-M. It is hydraulic with lifting capacities of 500 kg with height 750 mm to 250 mm. It is an efficient low cost alternative to other materials handling equipment. It is useful for loading and unloading and shifting heavy and unwieldy materials, designed for maximum maneuverability and tested for 25% overload. The lift is by means of a double acting hand hydraulic pump, which is fitted with an infinitely controlled release valve. A special hose rupture valve prevents load from falling down in case of hose failure due to accident. The 3000 kg crane is ideal for lifting heavy loads and positioning on to machine tools, as well as other maintenance and assembly jobs. Like the 500 kg model, the jib adjusts to three positions. The jib which has a maximum length of 2000 mm, is lifted by a double acting hand hydraulic pump unit. One man can easily operate the crane. The job is also fitted with a forged heavy-duty swivel hook. The crane is mounted on four polymer wheels with double sealed bull bearing. Other products offered are 360 degree swivel crane and counter weight type floor cranes. Electro hydraulic floor cranes and battery operated floor cranes are also available.
