ELECTRIC WIRE ROPE HOIST

Industrial Electro-Mechanics offers Electric Wire Rope Hoists. Its capacity varies from 500 kg to 10,000 kg. It is designed as per international standards. Its design is very robust and at the same time it is very easy for maintenance. Its open drum-motor design is very efficient. It can be supplied up to a height of lift of 100 m and speed range is from 0.5 m/ min to 10.0 m/ min. Its gears and pinions are hardened to achieve a longer running lift. Its drum is fabricated from seamless pipe, which gives more safety and strength for safe operation. The two side plates are bolted in such a manner that it makes the hoist more stable while moving over the monorail. A rope guide made from good quality cast iron makes the hoist more rigged to operate over the drum, which ensure proper functioning of limit switches, and ultimately reduces the damage to the hoist/ job handled. It enables fitting of various types of trolleys. Other products are EOT/ HOT cranes, chain pulley blocks with traveling trolley, jib crane, goods lift, winches, hydraulic/ manual pallet truck, hydraulic stacker, scissor lift, drum lifter and tilter and many other tailor made material handling equipments.
