Electric hoist

Industrial Electromechanics, offers different types of electric wire rope hoists, in various capacities, to solve the material handling problems of small as well as big organizations. These Hoists are available from 100 kg to 20,000 kg capacity ranges. These hoists are designed in accordance with IS 3938 and suitable for all working conditions. The height of lift can be achieved up to 100 mtrs long with specially designed double drum model. The design of hoist unit is light, the body is fabricated from MS plates. The motor and gearbox are fitted separately for easy maintenance of the hoist. The hoist can be easily repaired in suspended position with monorail. AC electro magnetic failsafe disc brake is used for effective braking. The panel consist of fuses, contactor, over load relay and step down transformer of reputed make. Separate snap action limit switches are used for accurate stopping of load. Flameproof hoists can also be provided as per client"s working conditions. Other products are EOT/HOT cranes, power/hand winches, monorail systems, jib cranes and other custom made material handling equipments such as skip hoist, movable crane maintenance platform. The list of clients includes Mahindra & Mahindra, BARC, etc.
