Electric overhead travelling cranes

AARCO manufactures overhead and underslung cranes for Class I to Class IV duty applications both for outdoor and indoor in accordance with IS 807, IS 3177 and steel mill duty as per IS: 4137. The company manufactures single girder cranes of 15 tonne capacity and double girder cranes up to 50 tonne capacity. Its box type girder design offers higher torsion resistance and lower headroom. It has totally enclosed splash lubricated gearbox resulting in higher transmission efficiency and longer life. Flexible geared coupling are provided to eliminate shaft misalignment. The crane motors are totally enclosed slip ring/squirrel cage, 40% CDF, S3/S4 duty with Class B/F insulation and IP 44/IP 55 protection as per IS 325. AC/DC electro magnetic/hydraulic thrustor brakes are provided in all motions. Cranes are manufactured both for cabin and pendent operations. Control panel is master control/fabricated from IP 54 construction with Siemens /LT and EE interiors. There is wide selection of operating speeds and lifts as per customers specification.
