Cranes, EOT & HOT

Automech Industries offers EOT or HOT, single or double girder type cranes. These embody many features that ensures better handling ability, trouble free use and dependability. The cranes are structured to give maximum strength to weight ratio with no excess of self weight. This affects the longevity of the cranes, the wheels, bearings, rails and gears in particular. The unique features include radiography of all butt welding joints of bridge and end carriages to ensure defect free welding and strong, rigid structure. Minimum vibrations are ensured in bridge design. The trolleys and crane wheels are straight treaded double flanged forged steel wheels. These wheels are supported on antifriction ball or roller bearings in special L-type bearings blocks. The gearboxes are oil filled sealed units comprising of graded cast iron casting, housing precision cut gears made of high tensile steel. The accurately machined shafts are supported on bearings, which ensure high efficiency and excellent performance.
