Cranes

Hetal Chemicals offers a wide range of cranes. These include both single girder and double girder cranes, monobox cranes, EOT cranes, HOT cranes, jib cranes, goliath cranes, grabbing cranes, etc, to suit customer's specific requirement, in various capacities up to 20 tonnes with appropriate duty classifications having various features which ensure better handling ability, trouble free use and dependability. Their control can be from floor or cabin. These cranes are structured to give maximum strength to weight ratio with no excess self weight. This affects the longevity of the cranes, the wheels, bearings, rails and gears in particular. A totally enclosed oil lubrication spur/helical gearbox ensures high transmission efficiency, less meshing noise and long life. The transmission system is designed with the use of geared coupling and hence easy to align, install and maintain. Adequate protection of mains, control circuit against short circuit and overloading is provided for each motor. All the equipments are manufactured strictly to IS standards.
