Cranes

Automech Industries manufacture different types of cranes. The HOT or EOT, single or double girder type cranes embody many features that ensure better handling ability, trouble free use and dependability. These cranes are structured to give maximum strength to weight ratio with no excess of self weight. This affects the longevity of the cranes, wheels, bearings, rails and gears in particular. The unique features of Automech cranes include radiography of all butt welding joints of bridge and end carriages to ensure defect free welding and strong, rigid structure. Minimum vibrations are ensured in bridge design. The trolleys and crane wheels are straight treaded double flanged forged steel wheels. These wheels are supported on antifriction ball or roller bearings in special L type bearing blocks. The gearboxes are oil filled sealed units comprising of graded CI casting, housing precision cut gears made of high tensile steel. The accurately machined shafts are supported on bearings which ensure high efficiency and excellent performance. Adequate protection of mains, control circuit against short circuiting and over loading is provided for each motor. Each crane is an individual piece designed to give the customer total satisfaction as per his material handling requirements.
