Compact Electric Chain Hoists

Instalift Industries has tied up with Hoffmann Fordertechnik, Germany, for marketing of its latest best selling Liftket electric chain hoists. These electric chain hoists are available in capacities varying from 125 kg to 5.0 T and feature almost zero maintenance, patented safety clutch-brake system, no sliding connections between load and brake. These compact hoists are made from high quality steel and are still very light in weight. A 2-T Liftket hoist weighs 58 kg only and a 5-T hoist weighs just 100 kg. The optional dual speed of lifting is achieved by frequency division technique. Other features are speed control for instant start stop, and high torque AC motors. Also available is an infrared remote control, which can be connected to any make and model of hoist and crane for controlling up to six functions up/down, left/right and forward/reverse movements up to a distance of 60 feet. Instalift also has full fledged manufacturing facilities with a team of experienced design engineers, who can design materials handling equipment such as electric wire rope hoists (with push-pull-hand geared/power trolleys), jib cranes, goliath cranes, EOT/HOT cranes and goods lifts as per client's specific needs, in flame-proof and non-flameproof configurations.
