Chain Hoist, Electric

Aarco chain electric hoists are available in four capacities, ie, 500 kg, 1000 kg, 2000 kg and 3000 kg (415 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, S4 duty). These hoists can be fitted at a fixed location or can move with hand-operated geared or electric driven motorised trolley. Electromagnetic disc fail-safe brake positively arrest the load when the hoist is stopped or in the event of power failure. The hoist motor is totally enclosed squirrel cage hoist duty type with Class B insulation and IP 44 protection as per IS:325 .The helical and spur gears are alloy steel, precision cut, mounted on antifriction ball bearings and run in oil bath. Overload friction clutch acts as emergency limit stop for the highest and lowest hook positions and protects against overloads. The control voltage is 110 V/24 V/42 V as per IS standard. The standard hoist is chained for 3 metre lift from eye to bottom hook, but higher lift hoists are also available. The load chain is high tensile Gr 80 alloy steel as per IS:6216 and hooks are forged steel as per IS:3815/8610.
