CGMP Lifting Device

D Parikh Engineering Works offers Cgmp Lifting Device for a clean room application. It helps lifting the basket top, along with solids after filtration. This system eliminates usage of any chain pulley block thus preventing contamination. The same device can also be utilized to lift the basket during maintenance and dismantling. A hydraulic system is used to lift (and lower) the load on the arm in the vertical direction. The lifted load is then manually rotated in angular direction for emptying into a collecting vessel. This manual operation is simple due to specially designed bearing system. An angular movement of 360° is available. The device is floor mounted and requires no support from the ceiling. In case there are two lifting bag centrifuges near each other, there is a possibility of sharing one lifting device between them. This lifting device can be used with the company"s standard lifting bag type centrifuge or with a fully opening outer case centrifuge.
