Bucket elevators

Shriram EPC Limited manufactures bucket elevators in many types, for dust-free and vertical conveying of loose bulk material. These elevators are available as low-speed elevators with gravity discharge or as high-speed elevators with centrifugal discharge. The elevators are equipped with special type of bucket, which permits short bucket spacing. Custom-specified spaced intervals possible, to suit different applications. Bucket shape can also be custom-specified, depending on material handled. Buckets can be made from welded steel plates, aluminium, plastic and stainless steel. The elevators are fitted with rubber-lagged head pulleys (winged, open type) with internal cones. Also fitted are self-supporting elevator casings, service platforms with handrails and running ladder with safety cages for easy access.
