Mashine offers Bucket Elevators. These elevators are available with belt or chain as the pulling member. The bucket elevators differ in principles of material discharge, viz., centrifugal discharge, continuous discharge and positive discharge. Centrifugal discharge: these are high speed elevators with material being discharged under centrifugal action as the fast speed pulling member takes a sudden turn around the head pulley or head sprocket. These bucket elevators have low inlet levels and thus material is fed in the boot of elevator, which is dug up by the spaced buckets. Continuous discharge: these are low speed equipment and the materials are discharged over the succeeding, which acts as a chute before finally the material is discharged into the spout. These types of elevators have high inlet chute levels and inlet chutes are effectively designed to channel the material flow directly into the buckets and not the boot. Positive discharge: These elevators are slow speed and particularly used for handling light, fluffy and wet material, which have the tendency to stick in the buckets. The buckets get inverted during discharge and this ensures a total positive discharge of the material due to the gravitational pull. The elevator casings are made by "jig-fixture" methods for trueness and every point checked for perfect alignment. Bucket elevators with greater casing size are of double legged construction. The buckets, head pulley, bottom "winged" pulley, chain, sprocket, guides and other components are designed for optimum performance and adequate service life.
