Bucket Elevator

Abhishek Industries offers Bucket Elevator. It is used to elevate bulk materials. The elevating strand basically includes either chain or belt depending upon the application and material handled. The belt is used for high speed centrifugal discharge and for corrosive or abrasive material, while the chain is used for slow speed continuous discharge, positive discharge or super-capacity bucket elevators. The buckets are press formed or fabricated from MS, SS or manufactured from engineering plastic and fixed to elevating link-plate/round link chain or belts. It is provided in different geometric shapes like deep buckets, shallow buckets, with hardened tips and super capacity buckets. The elevator casing is made up of MS sheets or marine plywood depending upon the application.
