Bucket Elevator

MBM Associates offers a Bucket Elevator for material handling. Salient features: a bucket elevator in conjunction with screw conveyor, belt conveyor, etc., can transfer bulk materials from horizontal location to vertical location like a work horse; bucket elevator transfers bulk material continuously in a small quantum which facilitates loading of other conveying line and process machinery at a desirable feed rate; to monitor smooth operation of elevator, the drive is provided with a zero speed inter lock switch; the belt or chain take up arrangement is easy to set up; the casing of elevator is provided with inspection doors and windows to attend maintenance and for observation of operation; and generally the electric drive is provided with ‘V’ belt power transmission which provides safe guard to vital parts in the event of over loading.
